The place is good, big machines, fast cleaning. But what really makes it 5 Stars is the attendant Melanie!!! She is amazing!!! Always with a bright smile and attitude, happy to help or guide!! She is the very best!!!

The best experience I have ever had in a laundromat. Extremely clean and comfortable environment. Melanie was the attendant on duty. She was friendly, helpful, and did not stop cleaning. HIGHLY recommend and will absolutely return.

Broken dryer...Decided to take towels and bedspread to a laundromat. Bright and Clean had 4.5 star review, so that's where I went. What a pleasure...Lisa, the manager took charge, getting me change, showing me what machines I should use, helping me with loading the washersand dryers, putting detergent, softener, and quarters in, helping me to dry and fold the bedspread, and carrying on a good conversation. A clean facility, parking at the front door, just couldn't ask for more.

Attendant was very willing to show me how things work. It was clean and plenty of spots to sit and work while waiting. Overall a good experience.
