Broken dryer...Decided to take towels and bedspread to a laundromat. Bright and Clean had 4.5 star review, so that's where I went. What a pleasure...Lisa, the manager took charge, getting me change, showing me what machines I should use, helping me with loading the washersand dryers, putting detergent, softener, and quarters in, helping me to dry and fold the bedspread, and carrying on a good conversation. A clean facility, parking at the front door, just couldn't ask for more.

Attendant was very willing to show me how things work. It was clean and plenty of spots to sit and work while waiting. Overall a good experience.

Because our 11 year old whirlpool duet washing machine broke, we needed to get our laundry done. I looked online and found your laundromat so very close to where we live. I was amazed when I walked in. It was so clean and bright, and I was greeted by Melanie. She assisted bringing my baskets in, and helped me get the quarters I needed and showed me how to use the machines. She was so very kind. After I had hung and folded all my laundry, she insisted on helping me place it in my car. Melanie is a real asset to your business.

Just as it says, Bright & Clean it is. All machines are clean and tidy. The entire place is very well kept.

I drove 20 miles from Saint James City because I read the great reviews. Lisa was very helpful. The place is clean and machines were clean and all were functioning. I even had fun talking with customers as I waited for my sheets to dry. Thank you
